Today was another “rest” day but it was probably my hardest day yet!!
We walked up the local hill above Dingboche called Nangarjung at 5050m!
We went super slow to avoid getting tired for the harder days ahead and slowly but surely, dad, Beck (my aunt) and I got to the top! Unfortunately we didn’t get any good views from the top but going up we got some shots of the summit of Ama Dablam that we climbed in October last year.
Rajesh and I jogged down with lunch and warm tea as motivation. Then me, Lily, Aiden, Hugo, Nell, Cara and Bartek all went back to café 4410 to play more games of Uno and Bananagrams. We had some good coffees and chatted with other climbers. The coffee shop played a movie, but it was about disasters on Everest so of course we didn’t watch! My friend Mitch bravely asked the workers if they had any Disney movies but they didn’t 😭😭
