Today we flew back to base camp!!!
We waited for 6 hours in KTM airport but finally we managed to get a flight to Lukla and then luckily enough, from there we could fly to base camp!
The altitude feels fine for me so far, just a little bit of a shock. I’m sure that in a few days it’ll be back to normal. Acclimatisation is pretty crazy because if I were to have flown straight from home to Everest base camp, I probably would die. But I feel ok now!!
We will rest here at base camp for a few more days, continue to watch the weather for a good summit window, and assess when we should move up for our SUMMIT PUSH!!
